Wild Swimming

TheCanoeMan is pleased to offer wild swimming trails. Experience the fun, freedom and feeling of achievement swimming in the tranquil upper waters of the River Bure.

Whether you are an experience open water swimmer/triathlete looking for a different experience or new to wild swimming we can offer a trail to suit your requirements. Our trails are lead by qualified canoe instructors to provide safety support. All swim trails are downstream and the water quality is excellent. Cost includes transport to start.

Trails are limited in numbers to ensure individual attention. All our staff are aquatic first aid trained.

The wearing of wetsuits is compulsory below a water temperature of 21 deg c. We have a limited number of wetsuits for hire.

Evening Swims
Duration 2 hours, transport included

Half/Full Day Swims
Duration 2.5 hours (half day) / 5 hours (full day) including transport. Optional lunch £8.50

Mid Summer Swim
Join TheCanoeMan on mid summers eve for a gentle swim followed by summer cocktails and a BBQ on an open fire.
