One of our more laid back stag Activities that seems to be very popular at the moment is our Bushcraft activity Day here is the itinerary:

The Canoe Bushcraft trails allow you to gain access to unreachable stretches of the broads, get close to nature, Learn how to canoe as well as pick up some Bushcraft / campcraft techniques all at the same time! For these we use privately negotiated bivvy sites that are exclusive to us. Upon booking you will receive a full kit list and directions - but it is nothing to worry about - we can generally supply anything that you're short of. We normally start from Wroxham area (you will be sent directions upon booking) usually about 10.30 a.m. we can either organize camping /b&b for you on the previous night or arrange the 'kick off' time to suit your travel arrangements. We can also arrange transport from the Train station in Norwich

This is an example of a potential itinerary:

Meet 10 a.m. at the Kings Head in Bawburgh (we can offer transport from Norwich if that helps)

Meet your Guide(s) - get equipped Boats - paddles- Bouyancy Aids - short intro lesson

Paddle down the river to our bushcraft site (approx 1.5 hours)

Once at the site receive some instruction in the mystical art of Bushcraft (this can be organized to suit your group- anything from Fire lighting / shelter building to Skinning and cooking rabbits / deer etc.)

Lunch

More Activities - Archery / Air Rifle Shooting

Then you have two options:

1

Then paddle from the site down stream and get out at Earlham Church (approx 1 hour) from there get transported back to your vehicles / accommodation.

2

Stay at the site cook dinner over an open fire spend the evening around a roaring campfire sinking a few light refreshments and telling tales of Grizzly Bears!!!

Retire to our MASSIVE TIPI (which is heated) and snore your head off til morning!

Hearty Fry up for those that can stomach it followed by a brief (1 hour) paddle to the get out point - as above.

Or more Activities ...

We supply everything but request you bring your own sleeping bag (although these can be provided for a small fee) - we will supply you with a recommended kit list on booking.
