TheCanoeMan School of Wilderness Bushcraft

The Bushcraft School offers 1 and 2 day courses that have been specially designed for those who wish to cover the essential skills and to show you how enjoyable and rewarding bushcraft can be, or to build upon the basic skills introduced on the canoe bushcraft trails. The courses are conducted at one of a number of unique and beautiful woodland areas throughout Norfolk. Individuals, couples, families and small groups are all welcome. All instructors are current CRB checked and hold current BCU approved first aid qualifications.

The one day course is an introduction to the basic fundamentals of Bushcraft with one of our specialist Bushcraft instructors. No previous experience required, just bring along a good sense of humour!

The two day course covers the fundamentals of Bushcraft in greater depth, including an overnight stay in the woods under your own shelter*, dinner, breakfast and lunch. No previous experience.

*for those people not wishing to spend the night in the woods we are able to offer alternatives (camping, bunk house or B & B) please ring and discuss it with us.

Single sex courses are available, both Ladies Only and Men Only.

Please Note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Taster sessions prices at Fairhaven do not include the entry price into the Gardens, which you will need to pay on arrival.

Bushcraft Introduction courses are available from March to August weekends throughout 2010. Course venues will be confirmed upon booking confirmation.
